So, remember how I KNEW I had to be an actress when I first saw Lily Tomlin perform her one-woman show at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts? Well, I’m back! Today it’s the largest non-profit theatrical organization in the U.S., where my dear, talented artist-friend, Topher Straus (topherstraus.com) recently donated his “Elephant Eyes” in order to raise money for children’s theatre education. So basically, kids like me 30 years ago! AND now, he and I are about to see Hamilton, as part of the auction’s black-tie gala... at the SAME theatre where I first saw Lily. Nice full-circle, eh?
